Ashley Club is a pleasant place to live. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. I really like the location. It is close to shopping, parks, downtown and the beach. I feel safe and secure here, which is very important to me.

It is a peaceful, friendly, clean place to live with a new beautiful pool and hot tub. A nice workout room and tennis court and is located right next to a soft ball park to enjoy in the afternoons and evenings. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

I would highly suggest it. I moved to Pensacola just over a month ago and really did not know the area at all. I (luckily) just happened to ride by Ashley Club and decided to check it out and am extremely glad I did. I am a retired real estate developer and builder myself and still have some rental property in Georgia and I know some key "signs" to look for in a property that is being run properly and Ashley Club meets and exceeds all of those in a very positive way.

Rental Staff is very attentive and sensative to each renters needs. The maintinance crew is awesome. I just feel at home here.

I would say the grounds are very well kept, also prompt maintenance! It's a great location being close to downtown and beaches, and also the Mall, hospitals, etc. However, I would say the inside needs to be upgraded, such as counter tops, kitchen floors and new appliances!

Most of all it's a great location to live. I've been here for 2 plus years and enjoyed every moment.

I would tell them that it is great. I have lived at Crestview at Cordova and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing, it took forever for maintenance and the office staff wasn't very nice. Dylan was awesome all through the process of getting approved and moving in.

They allow big dogs but it is clean and firendly, a quiet place to come back and relax after work.

I like the amenties, location, quiet and associates that work here.

I enjoy living at Ashley Club Apt. I have never had any problems and everyone that works here are very friendly and willing to help take care of any maintenance issues ASAP. The Resident Portal is a great idea just starting and will make it very convenient. The grounds are kept up nicely and beautiful and is in a great location.

The community is quiet and safe. The grounds are well maintained. The apartment interiors aren't fancy, but everything works. The location is probably the best thing about Ashley Club. Close to the beach, parks, shopping and downtown attractions.
